What are the benefits of downloading the new Lee Gardens App?   
For both new and existing members:
 
1. Register as member and complete profile information to receive 1,000 Lee Gardens Points.

How can I get the new app?

You can get our app by searching for "Lee Gardens" in the app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Existing Lee Gardens Club members can click on "Download," while existing Club Avenue members can click on "Upgrade."

How can Club Avenue and Lee Gardens Club Members transition from the current app to the new Lee Gardens App?

Club Avenue Members are required to upgrade their current app to the new Lee Gardens App. Upon successful upgrade, they will gain access to the new app's exclusive Club Avenue interface upon logging in. 
We invite Lee Gardens Club Members to download the new Lee Gardens App from the App Store. During the transition, Lee Gardens Club Members will be renamed as hy! members. By downloading and logging on with the new app, you can seamlessly continue enjoying the privileges associated with your membership.
 
Why is my Lee Gardens Club profile merged to the new Lee Gardens App?

This transition aims to provide more personalised offerings and rewards, allowing you to easily manage and access your member account and benefits. Moreover, members can enjoy an enhanced shopping experience with additional rewards such as hydollar! and points redemption, among many other benefits.

Will existing membership benefits and points be transferred to the new Lee Gardens app?

Lee Gardens Club Members are required to download the new Lee Gardens App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. As part of the transition, the membership will be renamed as hy! members. By downloading the new app, existing members can continue enjoying the privileges associated with their hy! membership and members' existing points and rewards will be kept in their e-wallet in Lee Gardens App.

What is the expiry date for my points?

For hy! and Club Avenue members, the points earned in the current year will expire on 31 March of the following calendar year. Lee Gardens Club points used to expire on December 31, 2024.

Why am I not receiving the SMS verification code during the registration process?

Parking

Who is eligible for free parking hours in the Lee Gardens Area?

Only members who meet the designated spending requirements are entitled to free parking hours in the Lee Gardens Area.

What are the parking benefits for Club Avenue members?

The parking benefits for CA members are as follows:
 
Ruby Tier members receive one-hour of free parking.
Gold Tier members receive two-hours of free parking.
Platinum Tier members receive three-hours of free parking.
Black Tier members receive four-hours of free parking.
 
What types of parking fee settlement options are available in Lee Gardens Area?
 
The new Lee Gardens App provides two types of parking fee settlement:
 
Members can settle their parking fees at the physical car parks shroff counters within the Lee Gardens Area.
Member can register through the Lee Gardens App for registering vehicles for touchless parking.
 
How can members settle parking fees in the Lee Gardens Area using the Lee Gardens App?

We provide a handful of  options for members to settle their parking fees through the Lee Gardens App, including:
 
Utilizing designated spending to entitle free parking hours
Using Club Avenue membership tier free parking privileges  
Using hydollar! for payment
Redeeming parking e-Coupons
Making payment through other available e-payment methods
 
Are there any minimum spending of each receipt to earn free parking privilege redemption?

Yes. Customers must become members of the Lee Gardens App and upload a maximum of 2 sets of same-day original machine-printed purchase receipt(s) with matching electronic payment sales slip(s). For the hy! member, each receipt must have a minimal amount spent of $100 or above. Additionally, an Octopus card must be used when entering a carpark, with the required spending amount for free parking privilege redemption.


hydollar!

What’s the hydollar! ?

hydollar! can be used for in-store payments, parking settlement, and redemption for in-app events and rewards. The conversion rate of hydollar! for each membership may vary, subject to their corresponding tier.

Are all rewards between members transferable? 

Rewards are transferable only among hy! members and Club Avenue members, subject to specific campaign rules in effect.

Can Piggy e-stamps, eGC, points, or hydollar! be transferred?

No. Piggy e-stamps, eGC, points, and hydollar! are not transferable among members.

Is it possible to reverse a completed transfer?

No. Once a transfer is completed, it cannot be reversed.

What if the uploaded receipt indicates "shop not found" after recognition?

If the uploaded receipt indicates "shop not found" after recognition, the uploaded receipt will be rejected.
